Absolutely brilliant. Really took the time to explain everything and look after me. Has really made a difference in how I feel towards going to the dentist. Cant give the dentist I saw enough credit. She was just *chefs kiss*.

Great system for socially distancing. Very friendly staff, receptionists dental nurse and dentist.
Had an emergency 111 appt and was seen in and out within 15 mins.

Everything was explained
The efficiency of the staff, how polite they all were. Everything was explained as to what they were doing and my comfort seemed to be always at the top of the list.

Had emergency appointment today for toothache, was terrified and shaky but the dentist Brenda and her lovely nurse were kind, patient, and explained everything to me. Brenda was really thorough with her assessment and explanation of the problem. Would completely recommend, especially to nervous patients.

The Dentist Brenda and practise team are outstanding, I had to arrange emergency treatment for my sister who suffers terribly with her mental health. From the minute they answered the phone to my sister leaving, they were professional and supportive and most importantly kind. A shining example of Best professional practise.

This practice is OUTSTANDING!!!
I never ever write reviews... but this practice really does deserve a review! I have always been very anxious when going to the dentist and worried. My dentist and all the staff are AMAZING! They put me at ease and make me feel safe and really looked after! Excellent support throughout! I can not thank them enough! Thankyou for dealing with a very anxious and worried patient! You are in really good hands! Thankyou Jacob and the team!

Made a tooth extraction pleasant... Whitch I thought would be impossabe. Was very nervous with having a bad tooth extraction before at another dentists but she talked me through it and got the tooth out as soon as she could with no messing. The dentists and assistants were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing.

Had work done to remove broken tooth. All the staff were brilliant, even in these difficult times. The work was done in 20 minutes, no fuss, no pain and allowed home 10 minutes later. Thanks to all the staff for their help and support.

I managed to get an emergency appointment at fieldside through 111 due to having severe pain in both upper and lower wisdom teeth on my right side. The Dentist and her assistant were very professional when extracting my tooth, they kept me calm as i was very anxious and unsettled as it was the first time i'd ever had any dental treatment. i would 100% reccomend going to this surgery they are very caring and have great knowledge. Thank you so much.

I've just been to fieldside after I managed to get an appointment thru 111. All I can say is I wish I had had this dentist when I was 5 yrs old then I wouldn't have had a phobia of dentistry for the next 50 years. I have just had a wisdom tooth removed with basically no pain whatsoever, the dentist talked to me through all of the process which really kept me at ease. Fantastic facility but more importantly they have fantastic knowledgeable staff. Thankyou thankyou thankyou.
