Recent dental appointment
I cannot fault the treatment I receive but it's a bit frustrating to have an appointment either first thing in the morning and at lunch time when you can't get in the building. If an appt is at 2pm I would expect to at least be in the waiting room. If it's raining you are stuck outside in the rain. I am sure if patients turn up late it would be frowned upon and maybe told they have lost their slot. Not too keen on all the iPads either. I know it's technology but it looks as though the amount of iPads I saw on the day it was a lot of money so obviously the cost of treatment goes up - sorry for my criticism but you asked for my views. The staff are always polite.

The clinipads are part of our Go Green Campaign to reduce our carbon footprint for the environment.
We appreciate they can be difficult to use, however, the benefits to the environment outweigh this, and therefore the cost is not affected at all by the use of the clinipads, especially NHS treatments as this is government led and not set by the practice.
Please do let us know if there is any other ways we can help support the use of the clinipads or contribute to our Go Green campaign.
