Friendly receptionists, punctual, excellent dentist, friendly and explains everything.

Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. It was the first time I've seen the dentist I had an appointment with this time And she was excellent with a fantastic manner. Thanks to all of you.

I was referred to this dentist through the NHS 111 number after having a lot of sleepless nights due to a wisdom tooth that my dentist wouldn't touch. If this dentist wasn't so far I'd sign myself up without a second thought. The dentist I saw displayed genuine compassion and also gave off a sense of confidence in herself that I was immediately put at ease. I could tell I was in good hands. After being passed around and ushered away by my own dentist having someone who showed care in her work and patient was really nice.

The building and surrounding area are really nice and up kept, there's parking to the rear though it's not the biggest car park it's more than adequate and the fact it's available is more than some dentists offer.

One last point, I have a rare medical condition that does carry some significance to my teeth. The dentist I saw was able to point out the single identifier (it's a mostly invisible disability) to this condition to the trainee. That was really quite impressive as not many medical professionals are too familiar with this condition.

Very good with patients and overall health care when you need to see a dentist.

All staff at Fieldside are friendly and welcoming, my dentist Javid always makes me feel comfortable and explains everything he is doing (as I am a nervous patient). Easy to book appointments and can generally park ok too.
