Pleasant and efficient
On arrival, the reception staff were pleasant and efficient. During the waiting period, we were kept up to date regarding the timing of getting to see the dentist. Once inside the room, I was greeted with a smile: the room was clean and instructions were clear, with my comfort considered during the examination. Treatment options were discussed - clearly explained so that I could decide. The breakdown of charges was efficiently explained, plus what ensuing treatment was necessary.

Friendly, thorough
The practice was clean and the staff on reception were very friendly. The dental nurse came to show me to the surgery, she was also friendly. Ammarah was friendly and introduced herself as this was my first visit. She was very thorough and professional, at the same time being gentle in my mouth. She explained everything to me, I felt very relaxed and calm.
