Lovely kind polite staff, first time at a dentist for over 3 years due to the dental n.h.s crisis,my anxiety wasn't great, but was put at ease, at my old dentists that i've had, the reception staff were always rude, but the staff here were really lovely. Happy to have joined this practice

I have a phobia about visiting the dentist, and even though I now live an hour away, I have stayed with Fieldside. I am put at ease, and trust that from the dentist, to the nurse and the receptionist staff all make me more able to deal with my fear.

I came to Fieldside for an extraction after having a very bad experience with another dentist I had been referred to via 111.
The reception team were lovely and got me an appointment nice and quickly. When I arrived I explained the situation to the dentist (Jacob) and that it had left me extremely anxious regarding the treatment. He was lovely and explained every part of the treatment and the reasoning behind it in an informative but not condescending way. I felt in very safe hands and my worries were easier. I can’t fault anything about the experience!

Staff are amazing
