Caring and very mindful
Katheryn explained all my treatment options and listened to my views and feelings first. She allowed me to make my own informed choice. Katheryn took care to ensure I was comfortable throughout my treatment and that was appreciated. As a health care professional myself I know the value of this and Kathryn and her colleague were caring and very mindful throughout and that was very much appreciated. I have another treatment planned with Katheryn and I will be less anxious because of my previous experience as she and her colleague were kind, gentle and considerate. I thank them both.

Reception staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. I was greeted and escorted to the Dentists room by the nurse. The Dentist was very nice and chatted to me about any concerns I had, and talked me through my check up, was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Staff were brilliant!
I was having a deep clean and my little girl was with me. She began to get quite unsettled but another staff member came in and sat with her for 5/10 mins while my appointment was finished. They were brilliant with her.
They even checked her teeth and she did everything they asked.
