Having not had a dentist for years, this could have been a daunting and stressful experience but Jacob Watwood being professional and calm, made me at ease right from entering the room.
Everything was explained before treatment began and aftercare was outlined too.

A lovely dental practice. Staff are kind and friendly. The practice itself is very clean. The dentist who worked on my tooth was really lovely and kind. Talked me through every step and made me feel very at ease.

From reception to end of appointment I was treated with respect and friendliness. I received a very thorough examination and everything was explained clearly as to the current health of my teeth and future options if required. My comments were listened to and appreciated. A very good and satisfying experience. Fascinated by the 3-D imaging experience too.

Whilst not initially able to arrange an appointment, I was telephoned back within a short while and saw Kabir later on. He was very professional and proficient and the offending tooth was swiftly removed after discussion of the way forward.
