Deep clean
Deep clean, advised of gum problems and how to prevent future problems, dentist asked me to make another appointment in three months to inspect my teeth and gums, dentist was very good and explained what my problems were and the treatment needed.

Great service
Friendly reception, excellent service from hygienist and her assistant. Friendly and efficient. Clearly interested in providing an excellent service. Dental surgeon, Jacob, great as ever. Love this surgery, even though I have to pay. Only drawback is that I should be entitled to NHS treatment and there is a 3-year waiting list.

Having been woken at 7am with my son knocking at my door in absolutely agony with toothache. It took a phone call to 111 to arrange an emergency appointment at Field side surgery Thorne. The staff were amazing and sympathetic not only with his pain but his mental disability too. He went in crying and came out smiling. The receptionist was very understanding and patient. The dental surgeon was arranging for my son to attend a sedation clinic for further treatment asap.

Arrived on emergency 111 call, staff are very pleasant from reception, dentist and assistant explained all my options and aftercare very clearly, and was also reassuring during my procedure.

Arrived to the practice after getting an emergency appointment for severe toothache from a tooth that was filled 10+ years ago elsewhere. I felt as comfortable as I could aside from the pain, the dentist and dental nurse were very welcoming. Listened to me explain what was wrong and got straight on with treatment. I was in and out within 10/15 minutes and didn’t feel any pain whilst having my tooth removed.

Excellent emergency care
The surgery was able to fit me in for an emergency appointment due to dental pain. The problem was diagnosed swiftly and a prescription and treatment discussed with the dentist who was very explanatory following x-rays. Happy with the progress made although not looking forward to an extraction.
