The best dental practice I've ever been to, so glad to have found you!. Everyone is extremely kind and friendly. The dentist is superb and puts you at ease straightaway, as do the dental nurses. The reception staff are welcoming and happy to help. Big thanks to Jacob and Sharon for today's treatment, I barely felt a thing, and many thanks to Bev on reception for being so patient and helpful with all my questions!.

I phoned this morning for an emergency appointment but was told all appointments were already taken. The receptionist after hearing about my problem said if there was a cancellation she would let me know. Not long after our conversation she phoned and someone had cancelled - what a relief. I had 5 minutes from phoning the taxi firm to leaving the house so that meant I would be very early for my appointment. I spent quite a while waiting - it's amazing what you learn about illnesses from fellow patients in the waiting room! I was then taken into the surgery and met a new dentist who was extremely kind and understanding and explained fully what had to happen. I was given an x-ray and treatment and then a prescription for antibiotics. If all this does not work it will probably be an extraction. The dentist and his nurse were really efficient and everything was done to make me comfortable and as relaxed as possible. After the appointment I visited the receptionists again, who were all very friendly and helpful to me. It was a relief when the appointment was over but I was looked after very well and did appreciate being given the cancellation appointment.
