Caring and considerate

I'm a very nervous person when it comes to going to the dentist! However Jacob and Sharon always put me a ease. Very caring and considerate of the patients individual needs.
Everyone at the practice is very helpful, from walking in to walking out you, really are taken care of.

Felt at ease

From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease (like most people, I'm not a big fan of the dentist) but the receptionist was lovely as were the dentist and nurse, I felt comfortable though the whole process.
