Very good
So caring and understanding
I first spoke to an amazing understanding receptionist on the phone who was so caring and understanding. Even though I was not registered at the dentist she went out of her way to help. Amazingly understanding and patient-centred. I was offered an emergency appointment the same day.
On arrival, my appointment was on time. The dentist himself was very caring. Didn’t rush through. He listened to my concerns, put me at ease and went through my options.
During the procedure he was very caring along with the dental nurse, always asking if I was ok throughout. He went beyond his job to make sure I had the best outcome. Very kind and gentle throughout.
The whole team do a lovely job. I could not be more thankful.

Brilliant service
Very efficient service and very professional. I booked an emergency appointment as I am not from the local area and they accommodated me with no issues. Brilliant service from both the dentist and receptionist staff.

As soon as I walked in the door i was welcomed with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The Nurses and Doctors both, are equally cheery and the whole thing demands a relaxed demeanour as your worries drift away.
My teeth and gums have never felt or looked better and thats a fact. They have given me the confidence to carry their recommended techniques into my own routine. Now i enjoy going to the Dentist to see how much further i have progressed.
The staff will remember you and come to say hi even if they are not seeing you that day. Wow, what a breath of fresh air.
