Efficient, professional, staff take time to put one at ease. No sense of trying to get one out of the door or turning one into a cash cow. Only gripe is that the building is closed at lunch. Therefore if one is early for a 2 pm appointment one is stood outside in the cold. My particular dentist is personable and gives me confidence in his abilities also has quite a feminine touch like a butterfly on silk

A great practice
The reception staff actually talked to you, not at you. Dentist and nurse were great and made me feel at ease. All in all a great practice.

Great care
I am very grateful for the dentist who saw me via 111 triage. He was kind, gentle and thorough. The dentist also actively checked my medical history and medications with me for any possible contraindications before providing a prescription; (there are a lot!) which fills me with confidence! The dentist also discussed safety netting and forward planning should the problem worsen / reoccur.
The dental nurse was kind and provided great care too.
The appointment was on time and went smoothly. Thank you to all involved!

Kabir is lovely, he takes time to explain everything, and explains as he is completing the treatment, and checks you are ok. The treatment I had was root canal, then cap prep, both were fairly long appointments, but I felt comfortable and at ease. Both appointments went well, Kabir and his nurses are fab, as are the rest of the staff, thank you
