Friendliness and clear advice given.
When unable to attend my appointment due to sickness, I was given an appointment a month away which was no problem but then was approached for an earlier date due to cancellation which I grabbed, very thankful.

Wisdom tooth extraction
Went for a checkup, ended up having wisdom tooth extraction, Dentist was very reassuring and took his time with the procedure, checking if I was okay throughout and as unpleasant as the 1 hour experience was he made it pleasant, as did the dental assistant, I can’t remember their names but it was a 12pm appointment.

I am a very nervous patient. From walking into his room I felt comfortable, he gave off a feeling of calm, I am 69 and never been to a dentist who's made me feel so relaxed..continued my treatment now, have been back for 3 appointments and can honestly say I can now happily go into the surgery on my own. Never been to a dentist who's made me feel so comfortable. Please don't leave.

My second visit here now after the emergency extraction 2 years ago, Kabir and Kath could not have been more helpful and reassuring, plus Kabir explained every step of the way what he was going to do and also showed me my xray so that I knew what was going on with my tooth. In addition, Laura was very helpful in getting me the emergency appointment and also with the information about signing up for a Practice Plan.

Myself and my husband are on the waiting list for this practice but I visited today through the 111 service due to what turned out to be a fractured tooth root which necessitated the extraction of the tooth. From check in at the reception due to departure I was treated politely and respectfully- the male dentist and the nurse were very good at setting me at ease and explaining the issue and also possible further action down the line when the area has healed. Amazing experience today despite my terror at being in the chair.

Excellent dentist
Very organised; text reminder of my appointment, electronic questionnaires to complete in advance at my leisure.
Excellent dentist; fortunately I just needed a check up and updated X-rays but my children’s treatment has been on point.
Pricing for my visit seemed fair and no unpleasant financial shocks! I truly know I’m lucky that our family are registered here.
Easy, safe, free parking is a bonus!
