My experience
Health check up was fine but messages and emails are never responded to. Whether you message using the portal on their website or enquire via their email, you never get a response.

Very polite, considerate
I hardly had to wait at all to go in for my appointment. The hygienist was very polite, considerate and she kept me informed throughout the process. I was very impressed.

My experience
I was not feeling well on the day of my appointment, but when I tried to cancel I was shocked to find that I could not do so without forfeiting the deposit. I cannot afford to pay for what I did not receive, so came in feeling that I might be sick anytime. I need to stress, though, that your receptionist was very sympathetic, helpful and understanding in what comes across as a moneymaking, rather impersonal practice.

we are sorry you felt this was a moneymaking policy. We can assure you it is not and we do value your attendance. Before the deposits were taken, there was a high percentage of fail to attend appointments which resulted in lost clinical time.
