The dentist is brilliant. £25 for a 10-minute checkup.
The hygienist when I last went cost me over £60 I was in the chair for less than 15 minutes. I am on minimum wage to pay for this 15-minute clean I have to work a 7-hour shift.

Recent Appointment

The service itself was very good but my appointment was delayed by 45 minutes and at no point was this waiting time communicated. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Kind and understanding

My dentist explains what she will do and is calm, kind and understanding. Going to the dentist is not always a pleasant experience due to drilling and pain, you make it manageable. Thank you.

Clearly explained the treatment

Appointment was on time and Kinga was polite and thorough as always. She clearly explained the treatment needed next time and was open and honest.

My experience

After having my root canal treatment cancelled twice, on the due date on both occasions, it went ahead as planned on Friday. My dentist was, as always, kind and competent however, I feel things could be improved by more information about what’s going to happen. For example, a metal ring was placed inside my mouth but I was provided with no additional information, other than this was going to happen. The next thing there’s an almighty noise and the ring has been pulled out with no warning! Understandably, this was quite frightening. Unfortunately, it didn’t work either, so a smaller ring was inserted and this time I was prepared and told “I have to get this out”! Everything else went to plan, although I remain a little uncertain about the plans for my crown.
