My experience

I was running 15 minutes late due to a road accident and the road being shut. But Bart still kept my appointment. Saving me from a 30mile round trip.

Dealt with efficiently

Despite the Practice being extremely busy, all the patients were dealt with efficiently in the waiting area. My treatment with the hygienist was extremely thorough, everything was explained carefully, with constant checks to ensure I was ok and understood what was about to happen.

Cancelled Appts Galore.

In all honesty, of all appointments I have had booked with them, they have cancelled more than 50% either on the day or less than 24hours notice. When you do manage to get to the appointment stage, they are consistently a minimum of 20mins late. This is the norm.

Bart is great if you’re lucky enough to see him, the rest I find don’t seem to have time to explain anything to you.

My experience

At first the Receptionist was rather brusque. Although masks were used in the Reception areas, there were too many people waiting for the number of seats available. The dentist was helpful and methodical.
