Recent Experience
It’s been cancellation after cancellation. One was only 10 minutes before my appointment. Another I got texted the day before and asked to ring to rebook, I was on the phone for over an hour and a half and the line just went dead at 5 pm when it closed. They also got a date wrong so I turned up on the wrong day. And finally, I came in for an Invisalign scan, and the machine didn’t work. It will be about 4 months of my time wasted and it’s just shocking customer service. I’ve now asked to go to a specialist elsewhere as it’s been a joke and I’m so disappointed.

Very good as always, apart from the 50 minute wait. I don't mind waiting but it would have been nice to be told the dentist was running late. I arrived on time, but 3 people went in in front of me.

My experience
Bart is very thorough caring and polite and the reason that I return. HOWEVER, the practice is ALWAYS running behind yesterday I waited 25 minutes after my appt time for my a lot. My appt was at 9:20 I didn’t go in until 9:45, this is not acceptable. The reception team never apologise and if you are 4 mins late for appt the cancel your appt yet happily leave people waiting for a long time for their appt. In the past I have waited even longer, I would never even consider an afternoon appt for that very reason. This made me very late for work, what is the point of a booked appt time if you can never keep to it?
