Very friendly staff, felt at ease. Bart talked through what he was doing and Hannah made me feel comfortable. Most relaxed, yet professional dental practice I've been to. Thank you.

Another great visit! I always hated the dentist after a really bad experience and since being at this practice I can even have fillings without anesthetic! Bart is brilliant and always makes sure you are sorted out before leaving

Thorough and explained procedure well

Despite severe staff shortages (covid) the receptionist was polite and efficient. A long wait but other options were offered.
As usual dentist was thorough and explained procedure well.

Very helpful, very kind

Waiting outside in the wind and rain was not nice for my family, my appointment was fine but felt very wet and cold due to being left outside in the rain as your doors are locked, dentist appointment was brilliant, dental nurse and dentist very helpful, very kind.

Happily recommend the practice

I have been with the practice for some time and have always found the service and treatment excellent. The staff are very helpful and polite and my dentist gives advice as well as a full explanation of any treatment required. I would happily recommend the practice. The e-mail and text reminders of appointments are particularly useful.
The practice certainly maintain a high standard of Covid safety features.
