Lovely hygienist
Lovely hygienist, some pain but given big build up or tartar and a long time since last visit, to be expected. Very professional and would recommend. Felt she actually cared and was a complete professional.

I am a nervous customer and hadn’t been to a hygienist for many years because last time was very uncomfortable . The hygienist I saw was very gentle and patient. She showed me how to brush my teeth more affectively and gave me advice on how to look after my gums. The whole experience was brilliant.

Dental appointment
There was not enough reception staffing.
Poor girl had to leave elderly patients out in the cold computer system breaking appointments over 20 mins late.
Paid up front then every time appointment came up changed time, day. I had to wait further 3 weeks as have work commitments that each time I had to change until I had to say no more changes.
