This practice has always been very helpful and courteous. Recently I had problems due to losing fillings during lockdown. I was given an appointment for a checkup which showed that work would need to be begun immediately . Despite the fact that only a 15 minute appointment had been booked Bart began root canal treatment straight away and fitted me in for a further appointment soon after. I was very grateful because they must have a huge backlog of work to catch up on. Well done St Johns Dental Practice.

Very pleased with the result

My treatment was for a wing crown to be fitted, which took around 40 minutes to do. I had no pain and the dentist and the nurse were both very kind and helpful and I was very pleased with the result.

I am delighted with the result

My treatment was to fit a wing crown to an existing tooth and the whole thing took about 40 minutes. In that time I was comfortable and didn’t feel any pain and Bart worked well to get it finished. I am delighted with the result.

Very clear guidelines and procedures for entering the building and storage of personal belongings. Similar clear procedures within the consulting room. Clear explanation of outcome of inspection and options explained and discussed.

Very COVID-19 ready

Had a problem, contacted practice and managed to get appointment PDQ, staff are friendly and very COVID-19 ready for patients, only drawback was that I had to phone after leaving to make a further appointment for 2 days later, couldn't be made while at the practice, otherwise all good.

When finally l was able to contact the surgery I have spoken to the dentist.
