Thank you for your feedback. Our permanent dentist who has worked with us for nearly 2 years has recently left. To continue to provide a high level of care to our patients we have a locum dentist into cover in the interim; until a replacement permanent dentist joins our team. Thank you for your review. I will put a note on your records for only a SMS reminder. Unfortunately we do have people fail to attend their appointments and we find the reminder SMS and a phone call works really well.

Having teeth cleaned by dental hygienist.

The hygienist was very warm and friendly and easy to communicate with. She inspected my gums thoroughly and then cleaned my teeth without any fuss or discomfort. Throughout the session she enquired about my dental habits, my diet etc. and offered advice. I was entirely satisfied with the session.

Broken tooth.

Waiting time is often a problem. Receptionist are polite but often talk fast which can be a problem for someone with a hearing problem. The dentist is thorough and explains the problem and treatment well.
