Professional and efficient service

I came in for a regular checkup but I had broken my crown and immediately the dentist re-fixed my crown for me and made another appointment for my checkup, I cannot fault their professional and efficient service.

As for the time waiting for the next appointment, please contact the surgery and they can put your name on a cancellation list and we can call you should any earlier appointments come up. Dental Appointment

I am very disappointed with the service from St. John’s dental practice, I signed up with them as they were highly recommended, and to start off with they were great. I joined them as they were able to offer Saturday appointments bit then this suddenly stopped, and the the continuity of dentists dramatically changed and I don’t think I saw one dentist twice in a row I now have another new dentist which I have seen twice which I have great problems understanding her English. It is very difficult for me due to my work to arrange appointments during the week and I keep on getting told we will be having Saturday appointment soon but this doesn’t seem to be the case so I will be looking for another dentist soon.
