Recent Appointment
All of the receptionists and nurses are lovely, but I find Umbreen condescending, rude and unsympathetic. She needs to realise that some patients are scared about going to the dentist, and her attitude makes it a very uncomfortable experience. On this occasion, Umbreen decided to raise her voice at me when a plastic xray stick broke in my mouth. The door was open and other patients in the waiting room were looking at us! Obviously this was embarrassing, and wasn't the perfect way to start a 45 minute procedure.

Excellent
Although my dentist on the day was a locum and it was there last day and it was an emergency appointment, they did what they could and was excellent. I have had to make another appointment for further assessment and a treatment plan. I obviously would have liked to be treated on my next appointment rather than having to make a further appointment given I have a tooth that has broken in half. I appreciate though that this couldn't be helped.

Takes time and care with patients
My dentist Mr Bartek is great, and takes time and care with patients, but the time keeping for appointments usually overrun, and patients are not always told of delays, which can be a problem if you are running to a schedule.
