Called this morning to re-schedule an appointment, (not cancel). Had to leave a message as there was no reply. Was called back within 10 minutes to be told there would be a cancellation fee as I had not given 24 hours notice . My appointment was for Tomorrow at 8.30 my call was received at 8.31. Rules are rules, I get it, I'm in business my self, but if I ran my business like this I wouldn't have one. They of course hold a deposit so giving you no choice but to pay the fee or keep the appointment and as other reviews have stated you are kept waiting an awfully long time for that appointment. UPDATE I have had a conversation with the practice manager and they have agreed to reschedule my appointment, pleased they have addressed this and happy to change my rating accordingly as the service I personally received from both the dentist and hygienist was very good.

Dental Appointment
Everything was good but being told to see the hygienist for a few times at the cost of £50 odd pounds I thought was expensive but obviously needed but to be told by the hygienist when I seen her it’s now going to £80 pounds a time!! I will struggle to pay so much?

It was nearly 25 minutes that I had to wait which was frustrating but at least I received an apology which I appreciated. Always feel they have my long term best interests at heart regarding my overall dental care.
