Actual treatment is excellent. But I had to wait 40+ minutes for a 9.30 appt. I arrived at 9.20,and wasn't seen until 10.10. I don't understand how you can be so far behind so early in the morning. It's not an isolated incident. You have a reputation for this and its the only real negative for what is a great practise.

Very pleasant and accommodating
I phoned for an appointment and got one the following morning and all the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Plus my appointment was almost on time , which was nice.

Very satisfied with everything
I have been with the practice for a number of years and have been very satisfied with everything, the professionalism etc. I am now leaving as I am moving North, sorry I can't take my Dentist with me.

I did not have any pain
I was very impressed with the level of information and assistance I received from the receptionist Jade, she was very knowledgeable and was a very calming influence to other patients. The Dentist I saw was extremely good and put me at ease straight away and seeing as I had to have 2 fillings, he was excellent, I did not have any pain and he told me everything he was going to do. Very pleased.
