Dental appointment
I came to St. John's as you were highly recommended but unfortunately I am considering finding another as the last 3 visits I have not seen the same dentist.
My check up are always very quick and previous to yesterday the dentist did not even sit down to check my teeth or use any tools in the examination just said my teeth were fine. Then yesterday I know I was overdue a check by a couple of months the dentist found a couple of problems one of which I questioned last time but told it was fine I now have to have a crown probably and not a filling.
I also came there as you were open Saturdays and this no longer seems to be the case?

First class dentist
I am very happy with the treatment that I received at St John's Dental Practice. All the staff are polite and efficient from the moment you walk in. In particular Bart is a first class dentist and his professionalism and expertise make a visit to the dentist nothing to be feared. I am a nervous patient but I had a tooth extracted yesterday and he put me completely at ease from the start and the whole process was over before I knew it with absolutely no pain and I can't thank him enough. His nurse was also very sympathetic and made me feel very relaxed. I wish all at St John's dental practice a very happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Emergency appointment
Receptionist was excellent and quickly arranged an emergency appointment for same day. Dentist was excellent and quickly identified problem abscess and prescribed antibiotics with helpful supporting advice.

I felt very comfortable, the Dentist was very caring and understanding as I am a very nervous patient. On both of my visits my Dentist was lovely and caring.

I never feel rushed
Whenever I have needed to see a dentist urgently they have always been able to fit me in to help and then a follow up appointment has been arranged within a reasonable time scale. Always friendly and willing to help and answer any concerns I may have had. The waiting time has always been acceptable and I never feel rushed when I'm in having my teeth seen to. Thank you.

Flawless result
My dentist helps me to relax and feel comfortable when I'm nervous about fillings/drills. I always end up with a flawless result after she has worked on my teeth. Even friends and family have said positive things about my teeth... very impressed and I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Dental appointment
Your very good letting know time and date for appointment when get their 10 minutes early to do paperwork then always 20 minutes late go in for appointment. Even 8.00 appointment 15 minutes late.

The best dentist I have ever had
I am very satisfied with all the treatment I have had from Bart. He is the best dentist I have ever had. Receptionists are always efficient and friendly. Have a good Christmas and a happy new year.

St John's Dental Practice
Phone for an appointment which was booked in a timely manor. When I arrived I only had to wait a short while to be called in for my treatment. Everyone was friendly and informed me what was going to happen all the way through. Took the time I was told and rebooked for 6 months time. All very professional, thank you.

Have rejoined this practice having moved way and have never enjoyed visiting the Dentist but do have to say the last visit here was excellent. They have definitely re instilled my confidence in Dentistry practice and I can honestly recommend this establishment. I do hope they improve the reception phone answering...... a call queue waiting system would be much better. Thanks.
