Emergency appointment

Called in on spec to make an emergency appointment. A cancellation meant that I was seen immediately. Problem diagnosed and further appointments made under supervision of dentist.

I am a very nervous patient and my dentist Mark always puts me at ease. He is very friendly and always explains what needs to happen whilst making sure I’m ok.

My experience

I make dental appointments months ahead but always there is a problem when I am due to attend. They are always changing the date of the appointment at short notice so I then have to change other appointments only to be contacted at short notice to say that it has been changed again. Rarely do I go in on time even though the appointment is straight after lunch.
