I am new to this practice and about to undergo some treatment. My impression so far is very positive. Everything has been explained professionally and with a friendly manner. I didn't get the names of the staff but everyone was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived to the moment I left.

My first appointment at St John’s Dental Practice. Staff were very welcoming and professional. Susana explained what she would be doing during my check up and then went through the treatment plan, giving me options and allowing me time to consider before booking the treatment she recommended. So reassuring, as a normally super nervous patient I felt calm and relaxed throughout.

Thorough and communicative
I had a check up with Kinga. She has been my dentist for 16 years. She is always thorough and communicative. I feel very grateful and at ease knowing she is always doing her best. I hope she will always be my dentist

Very welcoming
The receptionist was welcoming and showed an interest in me, by giving me her full attention. She asked me to sign a form which I apologised for not signing it online and explained that I was unable to do it as it kept going offline.
She replied Not a problem and apologised to me for the inconvenience.
Bart as always was very welcoming and apologised for my 15 minutes wait. I asked him some questions at the end of my examination and clean. He gave me his whole attention by facing me and removing his mask and I didn't feel rushed either.
