Been attending This Practice for years, also with my now adult daughter. I have never had any complaints in the level of care, customer service, NHS pricing or treatments that we have both and continue to receive. I would highly recommend care under Bart and his team and really value that I am still an NHS patient in this Practice.

Exemplary service
My wife and I have always received exemplary service and treatment from Bart which does mean that on occasions, his great care and attention can result in a wait of quite a long time to be seen, but it is always worth the wait. How much we prefer that than poor treatment. We are truly grateful for the excellent way we are looked after by him.

My experience
Unfortunately I had a Failure to attend penalty today. My changed appointment was recorded as 20 minute bronze. Yet, the FTA fee says it’s £1 per minute missed, going by my invoice it should have been 20 minutes equals £20, but I was charged £35.
Can someone please explain??
