The examination was friendly, thorough and efficient. However the two previous appointments were rescheduled by the surgery and this appointment was running 30 minutes late.

My experience
The receptionist was lovely and very good both on the phone and dealing face to face with the customers.
The 45 minute delay to see Susanna was too long. The receptionist did try to get an idea of how long the delay might be but there was no response from Susanna.
I felt my check up was dealt with very quickly and not as thorough as normal ( probably due to running late ).

Had a check up with Kinga who was polite & thorough as always. Had to book for a filling in a couple of weeks time but Kinga explained clearly what I needed & didn’t try to give anything unnecessarily. Have been with Kinga for many years and whilst it’s now painful to pay private, the treatment is always professional.
