Professional service with lots of reassurance as I chose not to have anaesthesia. Always late, not seen on time, not sure of the reason, but very busy

Recommend them to anyone

As an anxious patient Mark and his team went out of their way to make sure I fully understood what was happening and offered reassurance at every stage. They have changed me from being terrified of dentists to being comfortable in the chair and confident that my treatment will be effective and painless. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if like me they were anxious and had avoided dental work. 10/10

Extremely caring and kind

After a lifetime of absolutely detesting visits to the dental hygienist, I have to give credit to Elaine because on my last visit she was extremely caring and kind in her approach. That is all we ask for because it's not a nice experience, but necessary

Check up

Went for six month check up with Bart. He is always very pleasant and puts you at ease. Have been with him since he started in Dorchester. Only had the check up. Teeth still ok for another six months.

My experience

Very pleased with the treatment I received from my dentist.
She is professional and clearly explained treatment options to me.
My only concern is that I had to pay a deposit of £50 for my next check up. I understand that this is because my dentist has had a number of 'no shows'. As a pensioner on a fixed and very modest income this extra and unexpected payment had a detrimental effect on my finances for the rest of the month. As a conscientious patient I feel as though I am being penalised for the actions of others
