What great service.
Friendly and polite staff on reception and the dentist was great at making me feel at ease.
I phoned them as I didn't have a dentist and I was in pain, They wasn't taking on new patients but said they would take my details and get in touch if they have any cancellations, true to their word I was phoned the following week and seen pretty much the next day.
I can't thank them enough for seeing me, I am booked in next week for treatment.

I was impressed
As a private patient, I was impressed with the surgery and in particular the dentist who explained my treatment options clearly. His knowledge and expertise were appreciated.
The receptionists were helpful but found the payment aspects confusing as there were no receipts identifying what service/treatment had been given which I've had in previous surgeries. I only received receipts for the actual payment.

My dentist at St Johns was friendly, kind and very patient. He listened well to my issue. He was thoughtful when giving my x-ray which was right at the back of my mouth. Assistant staff were also pleasant and helpful. I am a nervous dental patient but my dentist understood this. Good dentist.
