St John’s were exceptional

After being messed around by our dentist and trying to find an nhs dentist St John’s were exceptional in welcoming me and the family. In particular we had Mark who was amazing at our first visit.

My appointment was 12 . I had a thorough extensive examination, no treatment needed. And I left the practice at 12.20. My visit was very good.

My experience

The dental work was good and helpful about the next step. It is a pity the hygienist cancelled early in the morning. When so much is made of patients giving 24 hours' notice it seems hypocritical that the same rules do not apply to the hygienist.

So kind and friendly

Went for a checkup but needed some small fillings, not being a fan of dentists and Kinga was aware, she was able to do them there and then, also with no fillings because that’s the worst part.
All went well, I was treated with respect and politely, I wouldn’t go to anyone else as I have been with Kinga a long time for a lot of treatment and I couldn’t fault her, she is so kind and friendly as all the staff at the practice and I always recommend.

The whole experience was a pleasure

My first appointment.
Reception staff were very welcoming.
My visit to Mark was also welcoming and friendly he kept me informed on the process, reassured me that my teeth were not as bad as I had thought.
The whole experience was a pleasure ( if that’s the right word for going to the dentist)!
I would recommend St John's Dental Practice.

An exceptional experience

From the first time I walked in the door of St Johns Dentist to now having been seen by Mark this has been an exceptional experience. I have only praise to give for everybody for their professionalism, kindness and knowledge. Very clean and tidy surroundings also.

My experience

40 minute wait time, no apologies or indications that there would be a queue. Par for the course in a practice that has threatened to remove me from the service for rescheduling they had asked for!
This is the rule, not the exception at St. John's dental practice.
This complaint won't be listened to but they'll continue to spam you with messages asking for reviews of the service - even this complaint form is asking me if im interested in other products and services!
