St John's Dental Practice
I booked an appointment to repair a chipped tooth, which at the time of booking this appointment I was told I had enough time to complete the repair. My appointment was over 20 minutes late and then I was told they wasn't enough time and I'd have to come back
I left my appointment at the time I should have left had my appointment been on time and I'd had the 25 minute work done. I work, so now have to book additional leave to come back. I currently cannot drive so have to rely on asking someone else to drive me. This hasn't gone down with my workplace as I have to book another dental appointment, they think I'm making it up. I hope you can understand the frustration, I was clear in my booking I'd need a longer appointment, I believe I was given a longer appointment and that my appointment time was actually used to clear the overrun from other patients. This has cost me time, money and problems with my boss. I don't like to cause a problem but this has given me a problem. The service from St Johns is generally very good, except for these issues.

Waiting time was good. Only complaint is cost ( £75:00 for 5 minutes work ) equals £ 800 an hour ( just greed ).
