My experience
I came in for a check up. The dentists did not spot a hole in a filling, I had to mention it, and this is one she had already worked on before. I do not have reasons for needing fillings so I did not realise I was going to pay extra. This additional cost should have been mentioned especially as since the tooth was dead there was no real need for any work. I am extremely unhappy about the total lack of communication. Had I been told of the extra cost I would have declined the work. The dentist keeps wasting my time with info on gum issues, I wish she'd not seen how to make extra money and advised me on the extra cost.

My experience
Waited over an hour. Person whose appointment was after mine, complained about the wait so they got in next when I was next in queue and then continued to see patients listed after me. Still charged me with no explanation given as why they did that without considering me.
