I can't fault it in any way

Had a root canal treatment today. I'm absolutely petrified of the injections so to realise they use numbing gel beforehand was next level. Everything was explained clearly. I can't fault it in any way at all.

When filling in my health details online, every time it reached the point of sending me an email with a link to continue, the system failed to send an email. I tried about seven times, then gave up.
