Suzana and the dental technician were great
Suzana and the dental technician were great. It was my first time in the practice after many years living in Japan and they were super friendly and efficient. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

My experience
45 minutes wait time is unacceptable. My son’s appointment was for 3.45, he was seen at 4.30. This impacted on another appointment he was supposed to be at 4.30. The dentist did apologise but it’s a regular occurrence and needs to be addressed.

I never have a problem when visiting St John’s practice!
