I had a check up and filling replacement. Bart was gentle and thorough.

The 2 ladies on reception were quite brusque and very much into their own conversation. A few more smiles would have been more welcoming

This was an urgent appointment fitted in at short notice. The work, as ever, was thoroughly professional, performed swiftly, courteously, and efficiently.

I was reassured & met with happy smiling faces willing to help with anything you need, like signing in ect. Looking forward to my next visit

Friendly, helpful reception staff and dental nurses. Bart, the dentist, was kind and considerate, as always.

Very long delay, not notified of delay and time scale

I was and am still unable to follow the link to filling out forns from your email.. it looks as if it loading but never does on my phone. Managed to open it on laptop where apparently you have no match for my records. You then invite me to complete my records on your behalf.
1. I am concerned you have lost my records or that they have suddenly become incorrect. This is careless at best.
2 you invite me to correct your records for you.
I did so only then to have to register a new password.
Your system has alsio lost the medication that i painstackingly uploaded last year.
I feel that I sm acting as an unpaid records administrator to fix problems not of my creating.
This feeling has been compounded by the large number of your pTients struggling with ipads in your reception yesterday. Many of whom were baffled by the tech and also the need for such detailed medic info but also the need to resupply infirmation to you.
If this is a new system it is your responsibity to transfer records correctly.
If this was a breakdown of an existing system this is a very poor way to reinstsll date.
Finally, a public waiting room is not a suitable ace to input sensitive data. Patents could clearly see other patents screens. This does not constitute protection of data.
I am considering consulting the Information commissioners office over this and the potential gdpr issues.
I have previously provided a full list of medications to you abd am reluctance to reinput this until i know what has happened to all my previous data.
This has been a very poor patient experience.
I have not yet made my concerns know on a public review.

A reminder is great but three times I had to confirm seemed a bit over the top My dentist is wonderful as always

Kinga was very efficient, checked my teeth and mouth thoroughly, gave me options and recommendations for my broken tooth and accepted my decision not to disturb the tooth.

Thank you for seeing me so quickly. Very kind and considerate and I had a full check up.
