Not a big fan of the dentist but ...
Bart is always kind when visiting and treats me with respect, staff are great too, good dental advice always. I wonder when I leave why I stress beforehand, great practice, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Understanding, puts me at ease
I am a very nervous patient due to horrific dental treatment I had as a young child. Bart is understanding and puts me at ease. Receptionists are always polite and cheerful and the premises clean.

Elaine is very personable and went to lengths to put me at my ease. She is very thorough and gives really helpful advice and tips. She gave an honest professional view on the pros and cons of keeping a wobbly tooth, so that I’ll be able to make a sound decision on whether to have it taken out.

Went later in the day as he does tend to run late, so didn't have to clock watch. Friendly and explained what was being done.

My overall experience over the years has been excellent! From the receptionist to the dental hygienist and my Dentist Bart, I have had exceptional care. Bart takes the time to explain everything he’s going to do. His kind manner puts me at ease. Thank you everyone!

Room for improvement
Dentist good but appointment time 40 mins late, recommend better or if receptionist could tell waiting time is extended so if you wish to return in 30 mins for example then opportunity to go out for coffee.
