Excellent speedy treatment
Being in terrible pain for several days, I telephoned the practice this morning and I was given an emergency appointment this afternoon. The offending tooth was extracted and at last I was free of pain. I couldn’t have received better attention and I am extremely grateful to all the staff.

A friendly welcome
Always a friendly welcome from Bart who has a good friendly manner with the children. He is straight to the point and sometimes fixes small issues there and then avoids a worrying wait for treatment!

First visit to this Practice
Practice is well presented, receptionists were helpful and very friendly.
I loved the attention to detail where a man had bought in a dripping umbrella and a lady asked him to put it to one side and mopped up all the water.
Really pleasant atmosphere.
The female dentist was just lovely and put me at ease. I will make this my new permanent dentist, as I was really impressed.

Check up and hygienist
Suzana was very nice and put me at ease as I’m not a fan of having my teeth done. Shortly afterwards I had an appointment with the hygienist who was very good and thoroughly went through how I should be cleaning my teeth going forwards.
I wasn’t aware that a check up was now £60 so that was a bit of a shock and I was unable to get the toothpaste that I had been prescribed. Dentists and receptionists were fantastic

The experience of having a root canal isn’t the best, but Bart was very patient and made sure I was coping with the treatment, so have no complaints.
