Excellent treatment. But no point having a 1.30pm appointment when lunch break finishes at 1.30 and staff only start getting prepared after that time. Appointment always 10 minutes late so make first time in afternoon at 1.40.

The service was good and friendly as always but we had to wait about 45 minutes after our booked time. I understand things can happen but 45 minutes is a bit long.
