Helpful reception - gave me an idea of how long I might have to wait. This is the first time anyone has indicated this. Of course, Barts' usual, excellent treatment.

Suzano Ionita was kind to me, and professional, took her time and was thorough, I appreciated it because dentists in the past have felt very rushed which didn’t help someone like me who has extreme anxiety with regards to dentists, thanks so much Suzana, much appreciated.

Dentist took great care over his job and explained what he was doing.
What I find less appealing is that I had to wait outside in the cold because the premises are closed during lunch break.

Such a lovely dental practice. I’m terrified of the dentist but King and her dental nurses are so kind to me and the reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

He is always pleasant and professional.
