Very impressed with the service
I had an appointment today with Elaine the Hygienist.
Both her and her assistant Ava were welcoming and put me at ease. They explained to me how the build up in plaque on my teeth had led to the inflammation of my gums and what we could do together to resolve the problem.
She explained what she was doing as she removed the plaque and showed me how I should be changing the way I clean my teeth going forward and recommended products that would help me.
I was very impressed with the service I received.

I've just had my first check up. She was a very nice dentist. She made me feel well cared for and explained everything very clearly to me. Importantly, she didn't make me feel under any pressure to have any treatments that aren't essential.

Excellent service from Reception to treatment.
My dentist provided a first class service throughout the treatment, checking with me at every step of the way.
She has been my dentist for nearly 20 yrs and I have never had a single complaint throughout this time.
I would certainly recommend this practice for the all round care/treatment it offers to its patients.
