The dentist is fantastic (Bart). The waiting time to see him was too long at nearly 30 minutes.

My experience

At reception I discovered my appointment had been moved 40 minutes later but I had not been told about this (the confirmation text received the day before still showed the original appointment time). Whilst I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, the communication could have been handled significantly better than it was.
