Appointment not with my normal hygienist - not informed of this at time of booking. Also further form filling although I had completed this twice recently with no changes. Service overall is deteriorating and not impressed especially as I pay privately.
Also cancelled an appointment when only 2 minutes away from them.

We do apologise for you having to repeat to form filling, this is due to new software and not all details being suitable for transferring.
Appointments are only cancelled in extreme circumstances and we try to give as much notice as possible, but unfortunately this is not always possible.

I waited over 50 minutes for a check up - it would be nice to be told when arriving approximately how long the wait might be.

Very expensive for 10 minutes of actual check up, but kept waiting for over 20 minutes for my appointment.
It was a private appointment as there is no option of NHS treatment.

A considerate and respectful dentist
I received a dental checkup snd x-rays were taken. The service was excellent and Bart was very professional and clear in explaining everything. He was considerate and respectful - he is an excellent dentist.

I had my first hygienist appointment with Priteeka recently and she was great, very informative and kind. She instructed me on how to reverse the early signs of gingivitis. I also have Kinga as my new regular dentist and she is also great, picking up on issues that haven't been mentioned before. Thanks St John's for accepting NHS patients when you can, it's difficult for everyone at the moment so it's nice not to worry too much about the costs of check ups etc.
