Have an issue with a tooth, phoned at9:15, appointment booked for 11:00, corrective action planned and subsequent appointment made for 3weeks time to allow infection to go down, can’t ask for anything better thks

The dentist was great; however, the reception staff leave a lot to be desired. All three continued to look at their pc screens rather than acknowledge the customer, some customer care training is required
