Everybody here has been amazing, from me phoning for an emergancy appointment and the receptionist squeezing me in within the hour to the dentist providing antibiotics and booking in for an extraction. I have a real phobia of the dentist so having a tooth out was a big deal. The lovely receptionists put my mind at rest and Bahram assured me I wouldn't feel a thing, he was right I didn't. Thank you purity for fixing me, you are all nothing amazing, there is nothing worse that dental pain!

Alex Lee and his colleague were very professional. Everything was explained to me and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. My teeth felt clean and fresh after being examined. I didn’t feel any pain so a very good experience.

My experience
Honestly they’re a bit of a joke. Months and months I’ve been calling for an update they always tell me they don’t know anything, then I speak to someone new and they have all the information, they didn’t know why I hadn’t already been told?
Then left a voice mail to say to call someone, I didn’t catch who because the woman who was speaking mumbled the whole time, and didn’t leave any number for who I needed to call, they are so half soaked on the reception.
Except the new lady who started recently she seems switched on!

Managed to get a same day emergency appointment, one member of the reception team was friendly and attentive however the other members seemed to be busy in their own conversation. Not a bad experience with the dentist and assistant, both were friendly and explained what was happening and what was needed as corrective measure

Staff very friendly today. I needed to see nhs dentist which one I saw wasn't but they rebooked so I can see right one next week. Everything was explained as it was my decision which one to see. The dentist was lovely and helpful.

Waited over 40 minutes, granted 20 mins after appointment time as dentist had emergencies prior to us. Was not made aware of this at the time of arrival. Wouldn't usually be a problem but had an appointment for my 3 year old son too so it was starting to get difficult keeping him occupied. When called to dentist room was given the wrong room number. However the dentist/s we saw were fabulous with my son and he had a positive first visit. Satisfied with the care we received.

Got me in the same morning
Great service, I called as I needed help as I had broken a tooth and lost the filling. Purity got me in the same morning and the dentist sorted the problem out and refilled the tooth. The whole process from the call to completion was done in hours. The dentist was very helpful and reassuring.
