Helpful, friendly receptionist and was able to get a very quick appointment with Alex Lee who treated my gum infection and gave good advice

My experience
The treatment itself was fine but the customer service is shockingly bad. No professionalism, reception staff look very untidy, no name badges, radio blasting away, messy desks with post its everywhere, problems with systems. No accountability as no names of dentists available or hard to find.
