The service has improved greatly in recent months. Appointments can be had quickly and patients are not kept sitting in the waiting room but are seen at the appointed time. The only downside - parking. It would help if they didn't block one of the few places with a sign. What's wrong with a banner? More people could see it and you wouldn't lose a parking space.

I was seen at short notice because I had a problem, so I was extremely happy about that, the treatment is always carried out with care and consideration, friendly, efficient staff throughout.

Extremely helpful

New orthodontist (not sure of name) and assistant were very nice, gave me information I’ve been asking for for a while. Libbie at the front desk was extremely helpful even though I had complicated appointments to book.

Went for my first check up & saw Alex Lee who my daughter recommended. He was very & so was the male nurse, so felt quite relaxed. Reception staff were nice too & helpful.
