I needed an emergency appointment, and the service was excellent, this was the best dental visit I’ve ever had. They delivered exactly what I asked for, with high skill and efficiency. I’ll definitely return and won’t hesitate to leave my old dentist.

I love this practice because they are so kind and caring, as I am a disabled, nervous patient. They put me at ease and were gentle and loving. All the dentists have been excellent at this practice, including the receptionists. Thank you to all the staff, they are a credit to your business.

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience. I was in considerable pain due to my braces wire and booked an emergency appointment. Upon arriving, I was informed that I would have to pay for the appointment, which was never mentioned when I booked over the phone. After being called in, I wasn't even examined; I was simply given wax. As I was leaving, I was asked to pay, which I find unacceptable. I was under the impression that payment was only required if the wire was cut, but I received no actual treatment. The service from the team was inadequate. I was also told I would receive an NHS letter because I didn't pay for the appointment. Had I been informed of the payment requirement during the phone booking, I would have understood, but I was only told upon arrival.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed following your recent visit. We completely understand how upsetting it can be to attend an emergency appointment while in pain.

I would like to clarify that the dentist did not raise a charge for the appointment itself, so there is no fee outstanding for the consultation. The only charge was for the orthodontic wax that was provided to help ease your discomfort at the time. We do appreciate that there was some confusion over costs, and I’m sorry this wasn’t explained clearly when you booked the appointment.

We will be reviewing our communication processes with the team to help avoid this kind of misunderstanding in the future.
